Medical College.

Kiss Craddock has been Senior Nursing Sister-in-Charge of the "Eden Hospital", one of the group of Hospitale under the administaa- tive control of the Principal of the Medical College.

In my capacity as Principal I have had personal experience of Kiss Craddock's work, and from reports made to me by Lieut.-Colonel Green, I..S., Major Holdick Leicester, 1.M.S., and Captain Green- Armytage, 1.1.S., the officers more directly conserned with the Eden Hospital, I have been able to form a very high opinion indeed of Miss Craddock's work. She is a most excellent Sister, has marked administrative ability, is much liked by her staff and patients, whib at the same time she maintains strict discipline in her Hospital and can be confidently recomended for any such post of responsibility.

It is a great regret to us that her time here has come to a

close.

She is leaving the Hospital shortly at the conclusion of her term of office there, and I take this opportunity of wishing her
